Resumen
Debido al crecimiento continuo de la Facultad de Ingenierías se ha generado una necesidad de crear nuevos espacios físicos que permitan el desarrollo de actividades prácticas con el fin de fomentar la formación académica del público estudiantil, esto para impulsar competencias profesionales aptas para la contribución del desarrollo en el sector industrial de la región.
El presente proyecto se dirige a el DISEÑO DE AREA DE TRABAJO DEL LABORATORIO DE SOLDADURA PARA LA FACULTAD DE INGENIERIAS DE LA
UNIVERSIDAD SIMON BOLIVAR- BARRANQUILLA, con la finalidad de establecer los espacios físicos de trabajo y las dependencias de las áreas involucradas, así como garantizar las buenas prácticas que ayuden a cumplir las expectativas de los estudiantes en formación. Como metodología de trabajo para el desarrollo del presente proyecto en su etapa de Planificación, se aplicará la metodología PMI; Esta abarca todos los procesos realizados para establecer el alcance total del proyecto, definir los objetivos mediante el desarrollo de tareas,
asignación de recursos, estableciendo presupuestos y cronogramas como líneas de acción requeridas para alcanzar dichos objetivos. Estos métodos, herramientas y técnicas utilizadas tendrán como finalidad minimizar el riesgo que interfieren en cumplimiento del alcance del proyecto. Se cumplen con los siguientes objetivos específicos Caracterizar área asignada para el laboratorio de soldadura a través de técnicas de medición convencional, Diseñar distribución del espacio operacional del laboratorio de soldadura por medio de modelados CAD, Determinar el flujo de operación por medio de herramienta computacional de análisis de operación Se definen los planos a detalle de los Sistema eléctricos, hidrosanitario, civiles y de ventilación que permiten la puesta en marcha de la construcción del laboratorio.
Due to the continuous growth of the Faculty of Engineering has generated a need to create new physical spaces that allow the development of practical activities in order to promote the academic training of the student public, this to promote professional skills suitable for the contribution of development in the industrial sector of the region. The present project is directed to the DESIGN OF THE WORK AREA OF THE WELDING LABORATORY FOR THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING OF THE UNIVERSITY SIMON BOLIVAR- BARRANQUILLA, with the purpose of establishing the physical spaces of work and the dependencies of the involved areas, as well as to guarantee the good practices that help to fulfill the expectations of the students in formation. As a work methodology for the development of this project in its Planning stage, the PMI methodology will be applied; this includes all the processes carried out to establish the total scope of the project, define the objectives through the development of tasks, allocation of resources, establishing budgets and chronograms as lines of action required to achieve these objectives. These methods, tools and techniques used will have the purpose of minimizing the risk that interfere in the fulfillment of the project scope. The following specific objectives are met Characterize the area assigned for the welding laboratory through conventional measurement techniques, Design the distribution of the operational space of the welding laboratory by means of CAD modeling, Determine the operation flow by means of a computational tool for operation analysis Define the detailed drawings of the electrical, plumbing, civil and ventilation systems that allow the implementation of the construction of the laboratory.
