Resumen
La tuberculosis es la enfermedad más antigua que ha padecido el ser humano y en la actualidad es un problema de salud no resuelto. El abandono del tratamiento aumenta la mortalidad y el contagio. Se busco identificar factores asociados al abandonado del tratamiento de tuberculosis en pacientes del Hospital Materno Infantil ciudadela metropolitana de Soledad en el año 2012. El estudio fue descriptivo. de tipo prospectivo y de carácter transversal. La muestra fue tomada en el Hospital Materno Infantil ciudadela metropolitana de Soledad en pacientes que abandonaron el tratamiento de tuberculosis durante el periodo 2012. Se le realizó una encuesta a cada paciente para determinar los factores asociados al abandono del tratamiento
The tuberculosis is the oldest disease that the human been have suffered and nowadays is a not solved health problem, since the abandonment of the treatment increases the spread and mortality of this illness. We sought to identify factors associated with treatment of tuberculosis abandoned in patients of Hospital Materno Infantil ciudadela metropolitana de Soledad in 2012. We designed a descriptive, prospective and cross-cutting. The sample was taken in the Hospital Materno Infantil ciudadela metropolitana de Soledad in patients who discontinued the treatment of tuberculosis during 2012. He surveyed each patient to determine the factors associated with discontinuation.
