Resumen
El desarrollo de la innovación requiere de técnicas que vayan encaminadas a la transformación de la calidad de vida y de las acciones que realiza el ser humano en su diario vivir, las cuales aportan al fortalecimiento de la sociedad, con el presente trabajo se pretende brindar herramientas que permitan desde la primera infancia, incentivar el desarrollo de la innovación, como un aporte a la construcción del ser humano, dotando de capacidades y recursos a los niños en los primeros años de vida y resaltando su importancia en la construcción de ser; mediante el diseño del Programa para el desarrollo de la innovación en la primera infancia, dirigido a los jardines infantiles de la ciudad de Cúcuta, la metodología empleada fue de tipo cuantitativo, identificando y describiendo el comportamiento de las variables endógenas y exógenas que permiten la enseñanza de la innovación, como población se tomaron en cuenta los jardines infantiles que esta ubicados en la comuna 10 y se llevó a cabo un muestreo de tipo no probabilístico por conveniencia.
Para la recopilación de los datos se implementaron dos instrumentos tipo encuesta utilizando la escala de Likert, dirigido a padres de familia y rectores de las diferentes instituciones, la validación del instrumento se realizó elaborando el coeficiente de Cronbach, la cual determino la viabilidad y aplicabilidad del mismo, entre los resultados más relevantes se puede mostrar que las variables que intervienen en los procesos de innovación tienen que ver de una parte por el direccionamiento estratégico, el cual está encargado de asignar a la institución recursos que garanticen la satisfacción de las necesidades de acuerdo al contexto, seguido de los procesos, metodologías, y técnicas que se pueden utilizar en las aulas de clase y que determinan el éxito de la formación, sumado al perfil del educador el cual debe estar capacitado en la enseñanza de la innovación y por último la infraestructura adecuada para el despliegue de la innovación desde las aulas de clase.

For the compilation of the information, two survey-type instruments were built under the Likert scale, aimed at parents and principals of the different institutions, the validation of the instrument was carried out under the conbrach methodology, which determined its viability and applicability Among the most relevant results, it can be shown that the variables that intervene in the innovation processes have to do, on the one hand, with the strategic direction, which is in charge of assigning the institution resources that guarantee the satisfaction of the needs according to the context, followed by the processes, methodologies, and techniques that can be used in the classrooms and that determine the success of the training, added to the profile of the educator who must be trained in the teaching of innovation and finally the infrastructure suitable for the deployment of innovation from the classroom.
