Childhood and adolescence require special attention, inclusive and with a human approach that allows them to appropriate their realities and converge in dynamics that favor their incorporation as social, political and rights actors. In this sense, the object of the present investigation was to know the incidence that the Popular Education strategies of the Crezando Unidos Foundation have had on children and adolescents in the construction of social, political and rights actors through the project Guarantee of Rights. The research from the methodological point of view focuses on the interpretive- hermeneutical, qualitative paradigm, under a phenomenological design. As a context, the Crezando Unidos Foundation was assumed, taking as key informants: ten boys, girls and adolescents. The information collection process was directed through an instrument: a semi-structured interview script based on the categories. As results, it is highlighted that Popular Education contributes to the close bonding of the individual and his appropriation of space, based on the implementation of an alternative pedagogy that allows retaking contextual aspects to establish new teaching alternatives based on participatory strategies such as workshops, assemblies, forums, among others, that transform the meaning of traditional, rote and academic education, for the consolidation of a practical learning that facilitates the integral vision of the realities to satisfy the needs of the same, in the management of negative elements that can undermine adequate human training, sensitive and generate contributions to those contextualized from this research and significant elements.
