Resumen
El objetivo principal de esta investigación es evaluar el impacto de la implementación del programa "Quiero mi tienda virtual" en las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (Mipymes) de Barranquilla. En respuesta a esta iniciativa impulsada por el Mintic en colaboración con Findeter y Vendeporinternet.co, las Mipymes se prepararon tecnológica e intelectualmente para adoptar el programa y adentrarse en el comercio electrónico durante la pandemia de COVID-19.
Para llevar a cabo este análisis y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos, se utilizó una metodología que incluyó entrevistas en forma de encuestas digitales dirigidas a un grupo representativo de empresarios que participaron en la iniciativa. Esta metodología fue descriptiva y cualitativa, lo que permitió examinar las condiciones, los beneficios, las dificultades y las habilidades desarrolladas por los participantes en función de su experiencia.
Los resultados obtenidos revelaron la participación de las Mipymes de Barranquilla en el programa; sin embargo, no se logró el efecto final esperado.
The main objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of implementing the "Quiero mi tienda virtual" program on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Barranquilla. In response to this initiative, driven by Mintic in collaboration with Findeter and Vendeporinternet.co, MSMEs prepared themselves technologically and intellectually to adopt the program and venture into e-commerce during the COVID-19 pandemic. To carry out this analysis and achieve the established objectives, a methodology was used that included interviews in the form of digital surveys directed at a representative group of entrepreneurs who participated in the initiative. This methodology was descriptive and qualitative, allowing for an examination of the conditions, benefits, difficulties, and skills developed by the participants based on their experience. The results obtained revealed the participation of Barranquilla's MSMEs in the program; however, the expected final effect was not achieved.
