Resumen
Este estudio investigó acciones que pueden ser factores de vulneración de
derechos laborales en la ESE de Galapa, el objetivo general es comprender cuál
es la vulneración de los derechos laborales de los trabajadores del ESE centro de
salud del municipio de Galapa. la metodología empleada fue el paradigma
hermenéutico, desde un enfoque cualitativo, teniendo en cuenta el método teórico
de inducción, la población a estudio fueron los empleados de la entidad de salud,
teniendo como muestra 5 trabajadores, haciendo uso de herramientas y técnicas
de investigación, como la entrevista, la cual dio a conocer la vulneración de los
derechos de los trabajadores debido a las falencias contractuales detectadas
This study investigated actions that may be factors in the violation of labor rights in the ESE of Galapa. The methodology used was the hermeneutic paradigm, from a qualitative approach, taking into account the theoretical method of induction. The study population was the employees of the health entity, with a sample of 5 workers, using research tools and techniques, such as the interview, which revealed the violation of workers' rights due to detected contractual shortcomings.
