Resumen
El objetivo principal del artículo fue comparar los regímenes de pensión en Colombia con una investigación cualitativa en donde se observó la información desde una perspectiva netamente subjetiva aplicando un diseño hermenéutico basado en el análisis de las principales leyes que rigen esta temática, donde se pudo finalizar indicando que, aunque cada régimen está detallado en las páginas de cada entidad, tanto pública como privada, tanta información puede
ser abrumadora e incomprensible para los usuarios, y con ventajas y desventajas de cada régimen puede llegar a tomar la mejor alternativa.
The main objective of the article was to compare the pension regimes in Colombia with a qualitative investigation where the information was observed from a purely subjective perspective applying a hermeneutic design based on the analysis of the main laws that govern this topic, where it could be concluded by indicating that, although each regime is detailed on the pages of each entity, both public and private, so much information can be overwhelming and incomprehensible for users, and with advantages and disadvantages of each regime, the best alternative can be taken.
