Resumen
En esta monografía compilatoria, se planteó como objetivo principal analizar las características del acceso carnal abusivo en niñas de 5 a 14 años de edad en países latinoamericanos desde el 2015 al 2023, desplegando la identificación de los países latinoamericanos con mayor número de investigaciones reportadas en casos de acceso carnal abusivo en niñas de 5 a 14 años de edad. Asimismo, se alcanzó a realizar una caracterización por edad en las niñas menores afectadas emocionalmente por acceso carnal abusivo, derivando los análisis descriptivos sobre los efectos psicológicos. Para la realización de dicho documento, se inició el marco metodológico como una investigación documental, mediante la recopilación de 50 investigaciones, seleccionadas en las bases de datos indexadas como Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet y Scopus. A partir de esta revisión literaria, se realizó un análisis reflexivo que permitió obtener que en Latinoamérica hay una visión patriarcal, con una percepción específica en los roles del sexo femenino, así como la mayor vulnerabilidad a los casos de niñas a partir de 5 años de edad en ser violentadas en casos de abuso sexual, desde el entorno familiar y contextos cercanos de convivencia. En este mismo aspecto, se observó la necesidad de atender por medio de rutas integrales para las comunidades y desarrollar políticas de prevención y atención a las víctimas, a partir de todos los efectos psicológicos detectados en las diferentes etapas que vive una niña que experimenta tal situación.
In this compilation monograph, the main objective was to analyze the characteristics of abusive carnal access in girls from 5 to 14 years of age in Latin American countries from 2015 to 2023, displaying the identification of the Latin American countries with the highest number of investigations reported in cases of abusive carnal access in girls from 5 to 14 years of age. Likewise, it was possible to carry out a characterization by age in the minor girls emotionally affected by abusive carnal access, deriving the descriptive analyzes on the psychological effects. For the realization of said document, the methodological framework was initiated as a documentary investigation, through the compilation of 50 investigations, selected in the indexed databases such as Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet and Scopus. Based on this literary review, a reflective analysis was carried out that allowed obtaining that in Latin America there is a patriarchal vision, with a specific perception in the roles of the female sex, as well as the greater vulnerability to the cases of girls from 5 years of age. age at being violated in cases of sexual abuse, from the family environment and close contexts of coexistence. In this same aspect, it was observed the need to attend through integral routes for the communities and to develop policies of prevention and attention to the victims, based on all the psychological effects detected in the different stages that a girl who experiences such situation.
