Resumen
La violencia obstétrica es el maltrato que sufre la mujer gestante al ser juzgada, humillada, atemorizada, lastimada física o psicológicamente por el mismo personal de la salud. Los daños tanto físicos como psicológicos que puede ocasionar la violencia obstétrica a las gestantes les causaría traumatismos como hematomas, dolores musculares, fracturas de costillas hasta una rotura de útero e inversión uterina que pueden causar hemorragias altamente graves y también puede causar la extirpación del útero. Como objetivo general se tienen la de Interpretar cuáles son los pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional sobre la violencia obstétrica en Colombia, Este artículo se justifica por la violencia obstétrica se basa en la necesidad de abordar un problema grave y recurrente que afecta a las mujeres gestantes durante el proceso de parto en Colombia. La metodología utilizada es el paradigma histórico hermenéutico, con un enfoque cualitativo, el método de investigación utilizado es el inductivo, el tipo de investigación que se encuentra es la investigación descriptiva y documental, La población en este proyecto de investigación son las sentencias de la corte constitucional y las fuentes donde se obtuvo la información son las secundarias La principal conclusión es que la Corte Constitucional ha establecido que las mujeres que han sido víctimas de violencia obstétrica tienen derecho a acceder a la justicia y a obtener reparación integral, incluyendo medidas de rehabilitación, compensación y satisfacción.
Obstetric violence is the mistreatment suffered by the pregnant woman when she is judged, humiliated, frightened, physically or psychologically hurt by the same health personnel. The physical and psychological damage that obstetric violence can cause to pregnant women would cause trauma such as bruises, muscle pain, rib fractures, even a ruptured uterus and uterine inversion that can cause highly serious bleeding and can also cause removal of the uterus. The general objective is to interpret what are the pronouncements of the Constitutional Court on obstetric violence in Colombia. This article is justified by obstetric violence is based on the need to address a serious and recurring problem that affects pregnant women during the birthing process in Colombia. The methodology used is the hermeneutic historical paradigm, with a qualitative approach, the research method used is inductive, the type of research that is found is descriptive and documentary research, the population in this research project are the court sentences constitutional and the sources where the information was obtained are secondary. The main conclusion is that the Constitutional Court has established that women who have been victims of obstetric violence have the right to access justice and obtain comprehensive reparation, including rehabilitation measures, compensation and satisfaction.
