Resumen
Dentro de todas las organizaciones, el capital humano debería ser visto como el
pilar más importante dado que este dado que, a lo largo del tiempo, se ha
convertido en la ventaja que permite que una empresa se vuelva más competitiva.
Por tal motivo, el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal
analizar los factores motivacionales que inciden en el desarrollo de la
competitividad humana de los colaboradores de una empresa del sector servicios.
En cuanto a la metodología, es un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño
experimental. Por medio de la técnica de revisión bibliográfica y la adaptación del
cuestionario CMT de Toro (1992), fue posible obtener como principales resultados,
que: el 89% de los colaboradores le da más relevancia a la dimensión espiritual, la
cual se soporta con los factores motivacionales internos de reconocimiento y logro.
Y la dimensión emocional, es de las dimensiones que abarcan más factores
motivacionales, como los son: factores internos (poder y afiliación) y externos
(Supervisión, grupo de trabajo y salario). Teniendo como conclusión que, los
factores motivacionales, tanto internos como externos, inciden dentro del
desarrollo de la competitividad humana de los colaboradores de la empresa del
sector servicios. Siendo lo anterior, un hallazgo significativo, dado que, en la
actualidad, las organizaciones requieren de trabajadores motivados que
contribuyan al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales.
Within all organizations, human capital should be seen as the most important pillar given that, over time, it has become the advantage that allows a company to become more competitive. For this reason, the main objective of this research work is to analyze the motivational factors that affect the development of human competitiveness of the employees of a company in the service sector. Regarding the methodology, it is a study with a quantitative approach and experimental design. Through the bibliographic review technique and the adaptation of the CMT questionnaire by Toro (1992), it was possible to obtain as main results that: 89% of the collaborators give more relevance to the spiritual dimension, which is supported by the internal motivational factors of recognition and achievement. And the emotional dimension is one of the dimensions that encompasses more motivational factors, such as: internal factors (power and affiliation) and external factors (Supervision, work group and salary). Having as a conclusion that, the motivational factors, both internal and external, affect the development of human competitiveness of the collaborators of the company in the service sector. The above being a significant finding, given that, currently, organizations require motivated workers who contribute to the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
