Atrioventricular blocks (AVBs) can be caused by various conditions, including ischemic heart disease, rheumatic diseases, endocrine diseases, and other systemic diseases. Some of these causes may be reversible and others irreversible. The measurement of ventricular pacing in subsequent reviews has been used as a measure to assess the percentage of assisted ventricular pacing, and we can also assess dependence on the device. Ventricular pacing (VE) is described below in patients who are implanted with pacemakers in a center in the city of Barranquilla. Objectives: To determine the percentage of ventricular pacing and AVB reversibility in patients who underwent pacemaker implantation and coronary arteriography. Methods: A descriptive observational study was carried out in patients diagnosed with AVB who required pacemakers and who underwent coronary arteriography in a fourth-level center on the Colombian Caribbean coast.spa
