| dc.description.abstract | Antecedentes: el uso de las Tecnologías de Información y la Comunicación (TIC) benefician de manera positiva a estudiantes y profesionales en el área de la salud, pues les permiten tener acceso a manuales virtuales de consulta rápida, en los cuales pueden buscar información, despejar dudas y aclarar conceptos en temas referentes a la ginecología y obstetricia, independientemente del lugar o zona del país en el que se encuentren. Objetivo: Diseñar un manual virtual de consulta rápida de ginecología y obstetricia que contenga información actualizada y puntual para el diagnóstico, manejo de las patologías más frecuentes en la población femenina. Metodología: G&O BOOK es una aplicación digital cuyo soporte no es el papel sino archivos electrónicos, con múltiples temas básicos y actualizados sobre las diferentes patologías ginecológicas y obstétricas más comunes en el actuar médico. Esta aplicación tiene múltiples ventajas; como son, un acceso rápido de su contenido, no ocupan espacios, no se deterioran, ni se pierden, se acomodan al lector, son de consulta fácil y pueden ser trasladadas a cualquier parte. Solo con tener un dispositivo electrónico como un celular o una computadora. Resultados: Se logró el diseño del manual virtual de consulta rápida en ginecología y obstetricia. | dc.description.abstract | Background: the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) positively benefits students and professionals in the area of health, as they allow them to have access to virtual manuals of rapid consultation, in which they can search for information, clear doubts and clarify concepts in topics related to gynecology and obstetrics, regardless of the place or area of the country in which they are located. Objective: To design a virtual manual of rapid consultation of gynecology and obstetrics that contains up-to-date and timely information for diagnosis, management of the most frequent pathologies in the female population. Methodology: G&O BOOK is a digital application whose support is not paper but electronic files, with multiple basic and updated topics on the different gynecological and obstetric pathologies most common in medical action. This app has multiple advantages; as they are, quick access to their content, do not occupy spaces, do not deteriorate, or get lost, accommodate the reader, are easy to consult and can be moved anywhere. Just having an electronic device like a cell phone or a computer. Results: The design of the virtual manual for rapid consultation in gynecology and obstetrics was achieved.
