Resumen
La relación que existe entre el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y el desarrollo de la humanidad y sus devenires nos ha llevado siempre a cuestionarnos sobre los pro y los contras que durante siglos las adicciones brindan a dicho desarrollo. Por ello siempre es necesario investigar sobre la influencia de la droga en el hombre y la interacción que el hombre tiene con esta
Objetivos. Establecer el perfil de personalidad de los pacientes farmacodependientes de acuerdo a las sustancias psicoactivas de consumo, en un centro de adicciones con pacientes masculinos mayores de 18 años en el periodo 2-2015.
Materiales y métodos. Es un tipo de estudio de enfoque cuantitativo de temporalidad transversal de diseño no experimental y de tipo descriptivo, donde se analizaron distintos estudios y se obtuvieron los datos de una encuesta y la aplicación del test 16PF. En una población masculina mayores de 18 años de edad consumidores de sustancias psicoactivas en un centro de rehabilitación y atención de adicciones.
Resultados. Los Pacientes estudiados siguen perfiles de personalidad que demarcan condiciones en su consumo. Sin embargo estos perfiles son diferentes según la sustancia que consuman; aun cuando guardan relaciones muy estrechas en los factores que según Cattell determinan los rasgos de su personalidad.
