Resumen
La presente investigación surge de la imperativa necesidad de comprender a profundidad los desafíos que enfrentan las organizaciones actuales en la formulación de sus estrategias, para ello, se tuvo como objetivo principal proponer un modelo de gestión de negocios holístico para el nivel estratégico de las organizaciones actuales. Metodológicamente, se posicionó en el paradigma interpretativo, mediante un enfoque cualitativo con énfasis en revisión documental en bases de datos. Como resultados se logró el diseñó de la estructura conceptual del modelo propuesto, denominado "Mapa Integral Empresarial", este mapa se visualiza como un tablero que integra componentes estratégicos, facilitando la transformación de información y habilidades en estrategias disruptivas, sus componentes claves incluyen una
"Mirada Interna" que recorre desde el direccionamiento estratégico hasta la gestión del cambio, y una "Mirada Externa" basada en una metodología de preguntas para analizar el entorno, el cliente y el ecosistema empresarial. Ambos pilares convergen en la "Frontera Estratégica", que aloja un "Acelerador Holiestratégica" para la toma de decisiones y la formulación del plan de acción. Finalmente, se presenta una "Fórmula Holiestratégica" para la medición de la efectividad del modelo, que busca guiar el proceso de renacimiento y adaptación continua de la organización. En conclusión, la clave para responder eficazmente a los estímulos , tales como interacción constante con competidores, clientes y el entorno general, reside en un enfoque de trabajo holístico a nivel interno y es fundamental que las
organizaciones reconozcan su rol dentro de un ecosistema empresarial que está en constante evolución
This research stems from the imperative need to deeply understand the challenges current organizations face in formulating their strategies. To address this, the main objective was to propose a holistic business management model for the strategic level of contemporary organizations. Methodologically, the study adopted an interpretive paradigm, using a qualitative approach with an emphasis on documentary review from databases. As a result, the conceptual structure of the proposed model, named "Comprehensive Business Map," was successfully designed. This map is envisioned as a dashboard that integrates strategic components, facilitating the transformation of information and skills into disruptive strategies. Its key components include an "Internal View" that spans from strategic direction to change management, and an "External View" based on a question-based methodology to analyze the environment, the customer, and the business ecosystem. Both pillars converge at the "Strategic Frontier," which houses a "Holiestrategic Accelerator" for decision-making and action plan formulation. Finally, a "Holiestrategic Formula" for measuring the model's effectiveness is presented, aiming to guide the organization's continuous rebirth and adaptation process. In conclusion, the key to effectively responding to stimuli, such as constant interaction with competitors, customers, and the general environment, lies in a holistic internal work approach. It is also fundamental for organizations to recognize their role within an everevolving business ecosystem.
