Resumen
Este proyecto se desarrolló con el objeto de proponer el diseño de un programa pre – pensional para los colaboradores de la Universidad Simón Bolívar que se encuentran en cumplimiento de esta etapa de requisito legal. Después de revisar los programas que la institución ofrece a los colaboradores referente a este tema, se diagnostica que no existe un programa que pueda dar un acompañamiento a este proceso. Se hizo una investigación de tipo descriptivo - propositivo. Se aplicó una encuesta a 90 empleados, el diseño del instrumento se fundamentó en las variables dimensiones emocionales y la de salud financiera de los colaboradores encuestados; que suelen ser las más afectadas frente a los cambios de vida. Con los resultados de la encuesta, se pudo demostrar que un 67% tiene decisiones muy acertadas en el manejo de sus recursos económicos, 66% de la población es consciente de la necesidad de buscar otros ingresos para equilibrar la mesada pensional que recibirán al momento de adquirir la prestación económica. También se pudo determinar que el 62% de la población piensa positivamente para mantener una salud financiera que les permita a su vez, conservar una salud emocional al momento de recibir la prestación económica. A partir de estos resultados se identificaron las necesidades de formación que aportarán diferentes beneficios de adaptación al nuevo estilo de vida de los colaboradores.
This project was developed to propose the design of a pension program for the employees of the Simón Bolívar University who are following this stage of legal requirement. After reviewing the programs that the institution offers to collaborators regarding this issue, it is diagnosed that there is no program that can provide support to this process. A descriptive-purposeful investigation was carried out. A survey was applied to 90 employees, the design of the instrument was based on the emotional dimension’s variables and the financial health of the surveyed collaborators; that are usually the most affected in the face of life changes. With the results of the survey, it was shown that 67% have very successful decisions in the management of their economic resources, 66% of the population is aware of the need to seek other income to balance the pension allowance they will receive at the time of acquire the economic benefit. It was also possible to determine that 62% of the population thinks positively to maintain financial health that allows them, in turn, to maintain emotional health at the time of receiving the economic benefit. Based on these results, the training needs that will provide different benefits of adaptation to the new lifestyle of the employees were identified.
