Resumen
Durante el presente trabajo se analizó la incidencia del acoso laboral en el clima
organizacional dentro del área operacional de la empresa X del sector de
entretenimiento para adultos, el clima organizacional dentro de una empresa
conforma de manera total la manera en como es percibida la organización, por tanto
tiene influencia directa en los colaboradores, su motivación y comportamiento en el
desempeño de sus labores, por tanto se busca identificar el impacto del acoso
laboral dentro del clima organizacional y que elementos se ven influidos dentro de
esta relación. Como resultado, la evaluación realizada revela que un clima
organizacional positivo, caracterizado por el respeto, la colaboración y el apoyo a la
diversidad, puede mejorar significativamente el bienestar psicológico y el
desempeño de los empleados, sin embargo, la existencia de acoso laboral puede
generar una percepción de desigualdad y discriminación, socavando los esfuerzos
de la empresa por promover un ambiente inclusivo, se concluye que La percepción
general del clima organizacional en la empresa X del sector de entretenimiento para
adultos en Barranquilla es mayormente positiva, con muchos empleados
sintiéndose seguros y respetados. Sin embargo, una minoría significativa indica la
presencia de comportamientos inapropiados, lo que sugiere que el acoso laboral
aún es una preocupación relevante que afecta negativamente el clima
organizacional, por lo que se recomienda desarrollar y comunicar políticas estrictas
contra el acoso laboral, realizar programas de capacitación regulares para todos los
empleados y la gerencia sobre la identificación, prevención y manejo del acoso
laboral y proveer acceso a servicios de apoyo psicológico para los empleados
afectados por el acoso laboral se hace completamente necesaria.
