Resumen
El talento humano es el activo más importante de cualquier empresa, pero su rendimiento está directamente
relacionado con factores que la empresa debe impulsar e implementar para alcanzar el máximo desempeño de sus
colaboradores. En el presente estudio de caso se pretende identificar los factores que influyen en el rendimiento del
talento humano, ya que en la actualidad es el recurso más importante de las organizaciones y que en muchas ocasiones
no se le brinda la debida relevancia. Por ello el objetivo principal es analizar los factores que influyen en el rendimiento
del talento humano de la empresa Maximax, el diseño metodológico utilizado fue interpretativo ya que se realiza de
forma metódica con un enfoque cualitativo donde se encontraron los factores que pueden afectar las tareas de los
colaboradores en su lugar de trabajo. De acuerdo con el resultado de la revisión se pudo concluir que los factores que
influyen en el rendimiento del talento humano son la motivación laboral, el clima laboral, crecimiento laboral y
profesional, así como el reconocimiento son indispensables para el trabajador sea eficiente y productivo de esta manera
llegar al cumplimento de las metas tanto individuales como organizacionales.

According to the results of the review, it was concluded that the factors that influence the performance of human talent are work motivation, work environment, work and professional growth, as well as recognition are essential for the worker to be efficient and productive in order to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
