Resumen
En Colombia el tema de la salud es un aspecto que genera mucho interés por parte de todos los actores del ámbito nacional. Para los últimos gobiernos ha sido relevante insertar herramientas de control y gestión con el ánimo de procurar que los recursos cumplan los objetivos de inversión y aumentar así la calidad y cobertura de los servicios de salud. Esta orientación se acompaña de la exigencia por la mejora continua de los procesos lo que demanda que los líderes y responsables de gestionar cada uno de los organismos del sistema de salud, se pongan a tono con dichos requerimientos. Por lo anterior, en el año 2016 el Ministerio de Salud dio a conocer el nuevo Modelo Integral de Atención en Salud (MIAS) el cual tiene por propósito realizar un cambio de üsión de la gestión en salud y promover una atención integral en todos los entes de la nación. La inserción de este nuevo modelo ha generado, por tanto, una necesidad prioritaria orientada a un cambio en la gestión gerencial para el logro de los objetivos trazados. En el presente proyecto se abordará un análisis sobre las consideraciones generales que implican para los gerentes y líderes de las IPS las nuevas dinámicas descritas, con el objeto de analizar los mecanismos y diferentes herramientas que se pueden poner en marcha para tal fin. Al final del proceso se aportarán como resultados finales de la investigación los lineamientos sugeridos para que en el municipio de Zapayán - Magdalena se pueda alcanzar este nuevo escenario de optimización en la gestión bajo términos de renovación gerencial y calidad.
In Colombia the issue of health is an aspect that generates a lot of interest on the part of all the actors of the national scope. For the last governments it has been important to insert control and management tools with the aim of ensuring that resources meet the investment objectives and thus increase the quality and coverage of health services. This orientation is accompanied by the demand for the continuous improvement of processes, which demands that the leaders and those responsible for managing each of the agencies of the health system are in line with these requirements. Therefore, in 2016 the Ministry of Health announced the new Comprehensive Model of Health Care (MIAS) which aims to change the vision of health management and promote comprehensive care in all entities of the nation. The insertion of this new model has generated, therefore, a priority need oriented to a change in the management management for the achievement of the objectives outlined. The present project will address an analysis Of the general considerations that imply for the managers and leaders of the IPS the new dynamics described, in order to analyze the mechanisms and different tools that can be put in place for this purpose. At the end of the process, the suggested results will be presented as final results of the research so that in the municipality of Zapayån - Magdalena this new scenario of optimization can be achieved in terms of management renewal and quality.
