Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es proponer estrategias de internacionalización en busca de un generar una ventaja competitiva en el mercado para ayudar a la empresa Lina Star en el crecimiento de su emprendimiento, y de este modo lograr fortalecer las bases para que esta se convierta en una organización solida la cual pueda presenciar cualquier tipo de adversidad y aun así seguir permaneciendo en el tiempo, generando de este modo un crecimiento en sus ingresos y beneficios con métodos innovadores que le ayuden a reducir costos en la obtención de materias primas e interiorizando en nuevos mercados.
Se decide incorporar el estudio de investigación hacia la empresa Lina Star, ya que los directivos de la organización cuentan con experiencia en temas de internacionalización, aunque mediante esta práctica hace algún tiempo sufrieron un traspié que los llevó a cerrar sus puertas, quedaron enseñas y a su vez muestran interés por querer volver a intentar.
Mediante lo anterior mencionado podemos describir que la empresa a pesar de poseer algunos déficits en varios de sus procesos cuenta con el capital humano para la puesta en marcha de las estrategias, es por esto que se decide dirigir la investigación hacia esta empresa, se instaura una investigación fundamentada mediante el paradigma positivista, ya que mediante este paradigma se pueden realizar mediciones sobre el fenómeno de estudio, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo utilizando la recopilación de información para poner a prueba o comprobar mediante el uso de estrategias estadísticas basadas en la medición numérica, lo cual permitiría al investigador proponer patrones de comportamiento y probar los diversos fundamentos teóricos que explicarían dichos patrones, y a su vez un diseño descriptivo ya que como su nombre lo indica uno de los principales objetivos fue determinar los factores de competitividad que tiene la PYMES del sector calzado de la ciudad de san José de Cúcuta, todo esto lo aplicamos bajo el instrumento de encuesta ya que mediante el instrumento podemos interrogar al investigado con una serie de preguntas cerradas, sobre las variables consideradas en la investigación.
Este modo se logra se logra evidenciar el patrón de comportamiento de la empresa, y se exponen diferentes estrategias de internacionalización en donde la empresa podrá aprovechar su capacidad instalada brindando una serie de oportunidades y beneficios mediante la creación de una ventaja competitiva mediante la internacionalización de sus productos
The objective of this research is to propose internationalization strategies in search of generating a competitive advantage in the market to help the Lina Star company in the growth of its enterprise, and in this way to strengthen the foundations so that it becomes a solid organization which can witness any type of adversity and still continue to remain over time, thus generating growth in its income and benefits with innovative methods that help reduce costs in obtaining raw materials and entering new markets .
