Resumen
La competitividad es un concepto cuyo estudio y medición ha sido enfocado en diferentes contextos: empresas, industrias y países (Nelson, 2006). Por consiguiente, se mencionan que la competitividad ha evolucionado e incorporado nuevos elementos como cambios tecnológicos, productivos y organizacionales. (Rojas & Sepúlveda, 1999). Así mismo la competitividad ha sido aborda directamente con la economía de los países y al desarrollo de estos, con el fin de generar un ambiente competitivo. En este sentido, existen, entes internacionales que definen la competitividad, numerosos autores entre ellos están: Michael Porter, así mismo lo hicieron, Ivancevich y Lorenzi y Enright, A continuación, en la tabla 1 se presentan definiciones de diferentes autores sobre este concepto para una mayor amplitud.
Objetivo: Estudiar la competitividad humana desde la perspectiva de la dimensión emocional con el fin de establecer el impacto en los estudiantes en formación de administración de empresas en la Universidad Simón Bolívar.
