Resumen
La propuesta, proyecta diez Aulas de la Naturaleza o centros de interés
útiles para la implementación de la pedagogía activa, gracias a que nuestra
institución cuenta con una gran riqueza en el entorno de los cuales enunciamos
como recurso principales:
• Tierra apta para la agricultura y la ganadería. La principal actividad
económica del departamento de Sucre es la ganadería vacuna, grandes
extensiones de territorio se dedican a este fin. La agricultura es la segunda
fuente de ingresos, se cultiva yuca, ñame, arroz, maíz, algodón, sorgo y plátano.
El comercio y la prestación de servicios se localizan en la capital. La industria
está poco desarrollada, existen algunas fábricas de alimentos, bebidas ...
• El Santuario de Flora y Fauna el Corchal, con la riqueza hídrica del
Canal del Dique y sus ocho caños que desembocan en el Mar Caribe que
alberga indescriptibles aves migratorias exóticas insectos, mamíferos peces,
manglares y el árbol de corcho, especie endémica en vía de extinción.
• Cultura afro descendiente, hace referencia a aquellas personas que tienen
descendencia negra. Actualmente en nuestro país más de 10 millones de
habitantes son de esta raza, por este motivo es importante conocer cómo
llegaron a América y a nuestro país, pues dicho suceso es de vital
importancia en nuestra historia y desarrollo herederos de universos
simbólicos, ritmos, y tradiciones que aportan a la identidad cultural del país.
Estos ejes se hacen vida en la clase a través de las guías de aprendizaje
integrado las aéreas del saber bajo el Método de Ovide Decroly y María
Montessori con el centro de interés o Aulas de la naturaleza y la vida cotidiana.
