It consists of a selective permeability disorder that may be primary (85-90%) or secondary (10-15%) in the context of a systemic disease. It is extremely important to possess the knowledge that characterizes this pathology since it has large cups of prevalence and incidence in infants regardless of the social class of the individual worldwide and therefore in the city of Barranquilla. This fact is a long-standing fact that has allowed a marked development and exacerbation in children of the symptomatology where not only includes the nephrology area, but also covers other organic systems such as respiratory and allergies of this system.
