Resumen
En la presente monografía se lleva a cabo una revisión documental de referentes que permiten analizar cuáles son los factores endógenos y exógenos que propician e incitan a realizar estas conductas que van en contravía con la paz e integridad de los ciudadanos que habitan En América Latina; tratando de descifrar su comportamiento se diseña una estrategia asertiva que permita la prevención y disminución de estos actos antisociales, los cuales bajo el brazo de la ley son categorizados como delitos. De esta manera, este trabajo investigativo se centra en identificar, conocer y establecer cuáles son los factores endógenos y exógenos que inciden y que están relacionados con la delincuencia juvenil, teniendo en cuenta que, muchas veces, ellos mismos son víctimas y victimarios de una sociedad que influye en la formación de individuos que riñen con la paz de la comunidad. La investigación se desarrolló con base en la metodología cualitativa, se llevó a cabo a través de un estudio descriptivo con la intención de conocer los factores de riesgo que motivan a los jóvenes a delinquir.
In this monograph, a documentary review of references is carried out that allows us to analyze what are the endogenous and exogenous factors that promote and encourage these behaviors that go against the peace and integrity of the citizens who live in Latin America; Trying to decipher their behavior, an assertive strategy is designed that allows the prevention and reduction of these antisocial acts, which under the arm of the law are categorized as crimes. In this way, this investigative work focuses on identifying, knowing and establishing what are the endogenous and exogenous factors that affect and are related to juvenile delinquency, taking into account that, many times, they themselves are victims and perpetrators of a society. that influences the formation of individuals who fight with the peace of the community. The research was developed based on qualitative methodology; it was carried out through a descriptive study with the intention of knowing the risk factors that motivate young people to commit crimes.
