Resumen
El propósito del presente documento fue diseñar el modelo de gerencia estratégica de la empresa Jet Ingeniería SAS basados en la teoría de recursos y capacidades para apoyar la toma de decisiones en la ejecución de los proyectos de la empresa Consultora Jet Ingeniería. Este propósito se logra, mediante la interpretación de la dinámica empresarial relacionada con los recursos y capacidades con que cuenta la organización haciendo un contraste con las teorías especializadas consultadas sobre el tema, los métodos de recolección utilizados se trataron bajo el enfoque cualitativo con énfasis en comprender las perspectivas de los actores directamente involucrados. Se parte de un mapeo de estos actores, sus roles y recursos, la investigación es de tipo caso de estudio único, la unidad de análisis se centra en los empleados administrativos de la empresa involucrados en la gestión y los que se beneficiarán directamente del modelo propuesto. El instrumento utilizado fue una entrevista semi estructurada teniendo como referentes las categorías deductivas definidas previamente por los autores, de acuerdo a las preguntas del caso y el análisis de contenido de la teoría consultada. Además, se utilizaron el uso de códigos y frecuencia. En este trabajo se utilizó el paquete informático Atlas Tì. Los resultados muestran que la compañía adopta una dinámica gerencial fundamentada en el enfoque de recursos y capacidades logrando con ello responder significativamente a sus grupos de interés, no obstante, los actores perciben pocos cambios e innovaciones al interior de la empresa. Bajo esta perspectiva se concluye la necesidad de plasmar la dinámica gerencial apadrinada por la empresa en un patrón de gestión estratégico que aporte en el sostenimiento de las prácticas gerenciales actuales con un nuevo plus de cambio e innovación en procesos como eje transversal en las funciones administrativas de manera que el modelo sea replicado en el sector.
The objective of the study was to design the strategic management model of the company Jet Engineering SAS based on the theory of resources and capabilities to support decision-making in the execution of the projects of the consulting company Jet Engineering. This purpose is achieved through the interpretation of the business dynamics related to the resources and capabilities available to the organization, making a contrast with the specialized theories consulted on the subject, the methods and instruments of collection used were treated under the qualitative approach with emphasis in understanding the perspectives of the actors directly involved. It is based on a mapping of these actors, their roles and resources, the research is of a single case study type, the unit of analysis focuses on the administrative employees of the company involved in the management and those who will directly benefit from the proposed model. The data collection instrument was a semi-structured interview with reference to the deductive categories previously defined by the authors, according to the questions of the case and the content analysis of the theory consulted. In addition, the use of codes and frequency were used. The Atlas Tì software package was used in this work. The results obtained show that the company has a managerial dynamic based on the resources and capabilities approach, thereby achieving a significant response to its stakeholders, however, the actors perceive few changes and innovations within the company. Under this perspective, the need to capture the managerial dynamics adopted by the company in a strategic management model that contributes to the maintenance of current management practices with a new plus of change and innovation in processes as a transversal axis in the administrative functions of the company is concluded. So that the model is replicated in the sector.
