Resumen
Este articulo representa los resultados de una investigación realizada en Cúcuta Norte de Santander y la comprobación de los registros de literatura internacional y nacional que tomo como objeto de estúdio lós factores socioculturales que inciden en la fertilización temprana de adolescentes. Debidamente con el objetivo se analizó los factores que surgieron a partir de la muestra aleatória de las adolescentes y la complilacion de artículos de investigación que permitieron fortalecer el estudio. En los resultados y discusión: Se identificaron que el aumento de la existencia de gestación en las pubescentes se vincula a situaciónes en común, la carencia de orientación sexual en las instituciones, a la insuficiencia afectiva de los padres, a la desinformación sobre métodos anticonceptivos y la carencia de familias nucleares. Conclusión: El embarazo es un problema social y de salud pública que representa una gran importancia a nivel mundial. Hay diversos niveles asociados al inicio temprano de la vida sexual y con la fecundidad adolescente, por ende resulta la necesidad de formar programas y políticas públicas de prevención y promoción.
This article represents the results of an investigation carried out in Cúcuta Norte de Santander and the verification of the records of international and national literature that took as an object of study the sociocultural factors that affect the early fertilization of adolescents. Due to the objective, the factors that arose from the random sample of the adolescents and the compilation of research articles that allowed strengthening the study were analyzed. In the results and discussion: It was identified that the increase in the existence of pregnancy in pubescent children is linked to common situations, the lack of sexual orientation in the institutions, to the affective insufficiency of the parents, to the disinformation about contraceptive methods and the lack of nuclear families. Conclusion: Pregnancy is a social and public health problem that represents a great importance worldwide. There are various levels associated with the early onset of sexual life and with adolescent fertility, therefore it is necessary to form programs and public policies for prevention and promotion
