Resumen
El presente artículo investigativo, pretende identificar y demostrar a través de casos específicos como las instituciones médicas y en particular como algunos médicos omiten su juramento y su ética profesional vulnerando los derechos de los pacientes y por lo tanto su salud, en este vaivén entre norma y ética profesional, los pacientes son mal operados, son diagnosticados impropiamente o fallecen generando un problemática mayor que la inicial. Para ellos es importante conocer de forma veras las clínicas ya sean estéticas o no, donde se han de prácticas los procedimientos quirúrgicos sin demeritar ni dejar de lado la información del galeno que los intervendrá; se necesita conciencia por parte todas aquellas personas que desean acceder a ellos. Por otro lado, la investigación tuvo un análisis jurisprudencial, normativo y bibliográfico que identificó fallas desde las instituciones, pasando por sus más altos directivos, llegando hasta sus empleados, donde los médicos deben dar ejemplo ético al momento de realizar los procedimientos médicos que benefician a un determinado paciente de la sociedad; con un enfoque cualitativo pertinente con el presente tema a tratar. Los médicos son vitales para sociedad, siendo ellos los encargados de diagnósticas, tratar y darles bienestar a los individuos siendo su razón de ser como profesionales en la convergencia paciente-médico
This research article aims to identify and demonstrate through specific cases such as medical institutions and in particular how some doctors omit their oath and professional ethics, violating the rights of patients and therefore their health, in this oscillation between norm and professional ethics, patients are poorly operated, are diagnosed improperly or die generating a problem greater than the initial. For them it is important to know in a true way the clinics, whether esthetic or not, where the surgical procedures have been practiced without demerit or leave aside the information of the physician who will intervene them; all those people who want to access them need to be aware. On the other hand, the research had a jurisprudential, normative and bibliographic analysis that identified failures from the institutions, going through its top executives, reaching its employees, where doctors must set an ethical example when carrying out the medical procedures that benefit a determined patient of the society; with a qualitative approach relevant to the present topic. The doctors are vital for society, being they the ones in charge of diagnostics, treating and giving welfare to the individuals being their raison deter as professionals in the patient-doctor convergence.
