Resumen
El objetivo de este artículo es evaluar la salud mental cómo eje fundamental para la productividad y rendimiento en los colaboradores dentro de una empresa; confirmando así que la salud mental es un factor principal para desarrollar en los colaboradores y en las empresas para que su éxito sea concluido, haya más productividad y sea un lugar en el que los trabajadores estén en condiciones óptimas desarrollando sus funciones, para ello se realizó un estudio con el fin de medir mediante un enfoque cuantitativo, con alcance correlacional y siendo la población una empresa de la ciudad de Cúcuta, (Comercializadora CBB SAS) tomando como muestra al área administrativa. Para que se dé la productividad de los colaboradores es importante un plan de acción frente a la prevención y promoción de la salud mental en los espacios laborales, por lo que dio como resultado en las respuestas obtenidas que es importante trabajar para que los colaboradores se sientan cómodos o satisfechos en su lugar de trabajo y por ende su rendimiento de acuerdo a sus funciones sea optimo y el esperado; Este estudio contribuyo a la explicación de porque la salud mental es el factor principal del éxito o productividad de una empresa.
The objective of this article is to evaluate mental health as a fundamental axis for productivity and performance in the collaborators within a company; thus confirming that mental health is a main factor to develop in the collaborators and in the companies so that their success is concluded, there is more productivity and it is a place in which the workers are in optimal conditions developing their functions, for this a study was carried out in order to measure through a quantitative approach, with correlational scope and being the population a company of the city of Cúcuta, (Comercializadora CBB SAS) taking as sample to the administrative area. In order for the productivity of the collaborators to be achieved, it is important to have an action plan for the prevention and promotion of mental health in the work spaces, which resulted in the answers obtained that it is important to work so that the collaborators feel comfortable or satisfied in their workplace and therefore their performance according to their functions is optimal and expected; This study contributed to the explanation of why mental health is the main factor for the success or productivity of a company.
