Resumen
Este documento presenta los aspectos relacionados con la población estudiantil afrosdescendientes, los cuales se encuentran formados en programas técnicos laborales por competencias, que terminaron satisfactoriamente su fase lectiva y que su vinculación para realizar sus prácticas empresariales de acuerdo a su perfil ocupacional, bajo la modalidad de un contrato de aprendizaje no haya sido posible en el sector empresarial de la ciudad de Barranquilla. La investigación es de tipo cualitativa y se realizará desde un paradigma Socio Critico, pues tiene como objetivo promover las transformaciones sociales y dar respuestas a problemas específicos presentes en el seno de las comunidades, bajo un enfoque etnográfico. La muestra estará conformada por 142 estudiantes afrosdescedientes de programas técnicos laborales por competencias del centro formación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano de la ciudad de Barranquilla y se espera determinar los factores que inciden en la no vinculación de algunos estudiantes afrosdescendientes en la fase practica empresarial, con el fin de plantear una propuesta curricular que fortalezca la formación para que sea más efectiva la vinculación de estudiantes afrosdescendientes en la fase de practica empresarial, bajo la modalidad de un contrato de aprendizaje y/o contrato laboral.
The following document intends to introduce aspects, related to the Afro-descendant Student Population, which have been trained from Technical programs based on work skills and have successfully approved their theory learning process and their assignment in order to execute their practicumphase to their occupational profile, in the form of an apprenticeship contract, which has not been possible atBarranquilla City Work Field. The research is qualitative type and will be executed through a Partner-critical paradigm which aims to promote social change and provide answers to specific problems within these communities,under an ethnographic approach.The sample consists of 142 Afro-descendant studentsof occupational technical work skill programs, at the Work Training Center and Human Development in the City of Barranquilla, and it is expected to determine the factors that affect the non-assignment of some Afro-descendant students to their Work Practicum Phase, in order to establish a curriculum proposal, and through this, get to strengthen training for more effective Afro-descendant Students work assignment process, in the form of an apprenticeship and / or employment contract.
