Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la evolución de la justicia digital en Colombia, evaluando los avances normativos desde el Decreto 806 de 2020 y proponiendo soluciones para mejorar su accesibilidad y eficacia. La metodología empleada fue cualitativa, bajo un enfoque interpretativo y un método hermenéutico, abordando el análisis en tres momentos: contexto normativo, identificación de desafíos y propuestas de mejora. Los resultados muestran avances en legislación, pero con desafíos en infraestructura y capacitación. Se concluye que es necesario fortalecer la infraestructura y capacitar a operadores judiciales para lograr una justicia digital accesible y eficiente.
The aim of this research is to analyze the evolution of digital justice in Colombia, focusing on regulatory advances since Decree 806 of 2020 and proposing solutions to improve its accessibility and efficiency. A qualitative methodology was used, adopting an interpretative approach and a hermeneutic method, structured in three phases: regulatory context, identification of challenges, and proposals for improvement. Findings indicate significant legal progress but highlight challenges in infrastructure and training. It is concluded that strengthening infrastructure and providing continuous training to judicial operators are essential to achieve accessible and efficient digital justice.
