Resumen
En el municipio de Chinácota- Norte de Santander, existe una problemática con el acceso al sistema de salud debido a las barreras existentes para solicitar citas de los diferentes servicios que presta la IPS del municipio, con base a dichas complejidades se ha propuesta materializar esta investigación que tiene como objetivo, análisis de una estrategia integral para optimizar el proceso de asignación de citas médicas y mejorar el acceso a los servicios de salud en el municipio de Chinácota - Norte de Santander. Con el fin de mejorar el acceso a los servicios de salud. La propuesta se basa en la implementación de un sistema digital de gestión de citas médicas, que aproveche las
tecnologías actuales e innovación para automatizar y agilizar los procedimientos. Este sistema incluirá también una interfaz que facilite la priorización de pacientes según la urgencia de su situación clínica. El cual se enmarca en el paradigma crítico, con un diseño metodológico basado en el estudio de caso, investigación enmarcada en el carácter cualitativo. Para la recolección de la información, se emplearon técnicas como el análisis comparativo y entrevistas semiestructuradas, aplicadas a cinco veedoras en salud del municipio. Para desarrollarse esta investigación fue imprescindible definir las técnicas aplicadas como lo son las entrevistas y la comparación de modelos existentes,
se identificaron problemáticas clave en la asignación de citas médicas, lo que permitió formular una estrategia integral que busca garantizar mayor eficiencia, equidad y accesibilidad en el sistema de salud local.
In the municipality of Chinácota, Norte de Santander, there is a problem with access to the healthcare system due to the existing barriers in requesting appointments for the different services provided by the IPS of the municipality. Based on these complexities, this research has been proposed, with the objective of analyzing a comprehensive strategy to optimize the process of assigning medical appointments and improving access to healthcare services in the municipality of Chinácota, Norte de Santander. The goal is to improve access to healthcare services. The proposal is based on the implementation of a digital medical appointment management system that leverages current technologies and innovation to automate and streamline procedures. This system will also include an interface that facilitates the prioritization of patients based on the urgency of their clinical situation. It is framed within the critical paradigm, with a methodological design based on the case study approach, and research within the qualitative framework. For data collection, techniques such as comparative analysis and semi-structured interviews were used, applied to five health watchdogs in the municipality. For the development of this research, it was essential to define the applied techniques, such as interviews and comparison of existing models. Key issues in the assignment of medical appointments were identified, which allowed the formulation of a comprehensive strategy aimed at ensuring greater efficiency, equity, and accessibility in the local healthcare system
