micrornas are molecular biomarkers expressed in the development of various diseases that can predict the course of the disease therefore knowing every microRNAs can establish an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment since many diseases do not respond to these because overexpression of microRNAs plays a key role in the sensitivity to treatment has been established. The purpose of this paper is to review the scientific literature of differential patterns of associations between microRNAs and their potential implications for a variety of chronic noncommunicable diseases. Micrornas as modulators in both direct and indirect biological processes play a major role in the response to treatment was performed to the patient
