Resumen
La inclusión en talento en la educación superior ha sido una temática poco investigada, a pesar de existir políticas gubernamentales que la definen y resaltan la importancia de esta. Los estudiantes talentosos que han sido potencializados en la escuela llegan al mundo
universitario sin saber, en muchos casos, con que se enfrentarán y la forma cómo la
universidad los ayudará en el desarrollo de sus potencialidades. Muchas universidades no
cuentan con las condiciones objetivas y subjetivas que favorezcan su desarrollo. Por lo que
hablar de inclusión en talento abre la posibilidad para que al momento de llegar el
estudiante a la universidad se le brinden estrategias pedagógicas para que alcance el
máximo de su potencial.
Esta investigación busca dar cuenta a través de sus resultados la importancia de la
temática y establecer una propuesta dialógica y sistémica de las condiciones objetivas y subjetivas para la inclusión del estudiante talentoso de la media académica a la educación superior que exalte la inclusión del talento favoreciendo la práctica pedagógica, la calidad institucional y el éxito del estudiante.

Although there are laws to speak of inclusion in talent open the possibility so that arrives at the university pedagogical strategies are offered to reach the maximum of his potential This research seeks to account through its results the importance of the subject and establish a dialogical and systematic proposal of the objective and subjective conditions of the average of the academic average to the higher education that exalts of talent by favoring pedagogical practice, institutional quality and student success.
