dc.description.abstract	Se presenta oportunidad de mejora en el proceso cargues de vehículos a Distribución en la compañía open Market. El cual presenta posibles errores operativos, por ejemplo: faltantes de productos, sobrantes, troques de unidades y pedidos. Los cuales generan un impacto negativo en los costos de fletes por reprocesos y en especial una inconformidad de los clientes por errores de entrega, afectando el nivel de servicio y disminuyendo el índice de lealtad de dichos clientes. Por lo que se propone, como objeto de investigación una intervención del Sistema Logístico (SL) de la empresa Open Market, la cual relacionada con: La Administración de la Cadena de Suministro (ACS), el proceso de Gestión Logística (GL), el uso y/o gestión del Sistema de Información Gerencial (SIG) y la medición de Eficacia y Eficiencia en la organización (MEE).	spa
