Resumen
El antecedente que se tiene en la literatura académica sobre la cultura organizacional y la sostenibilidad en las instituciones de educación superior (IES) se refiere principalmente al trabajo realizado por Escobar, López, y Moreno (2017), quienes hacen una revisión teórica nacional e internacional que marcan la relación: sector educativo – sostenibilidad; con el objetivo de conocer los fundamentos teóricos que otorgan a las instituciones de educación superior, un carácter como formadoras de una cultura para la sostenibilidad. El trabajo realizado por González, Ochoa, y Celaya (2015), la investigación de este trabajo fue en la Universidad de Navojoa (UNAV), Sonora (México). Se aplicó un modelo de diagnóstico de cultura organizacional que considera siete indicadores. Estos determinan una cultura de innovación en el desempeño de sus funciones sustantivas.
The background in the academic literature on organizational culture and sustainability in institutions of higher education (HEI) refers mainly to the work carried out by Escobar, López, and Moreno (2017), who make a national and international theoretical review that mark the relationship: education sector - sustainability; with the objective of knowing the theoretical foundations that give institutions of higher education a character as trainers of a culture for sustainability.
