Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como finalidad la obtención del grado como magister en desarrollo y gestión de empresas sociales, surge por el interés de identificar cuáles son los aspectos relevantes de las competencias emprendedoras que poseen los jóvenes que han sido víctimas del conflicto armado y que gracias a estar adscritos a los programas de educación superior del fondo de reparación pueden obtener beneficios para crear proyectos de emprendimiento social, trabajar en instituciones ó brindar alternativas de desarrollo sustentable. El análisis de la situación que han enfrentado millones de colombianos a lo largo de los últimos 20 años por conflicto armado, lo cual obligaron a los movimientos sociales, los grupos políticos, entre otros; a buscar estrategias de acción y participación social que condujeran al desarrollo económico, social, educativo, salud y político, con el fin de mejorar calidad de vida de las víctimas del flagelo de la guerra.
El Gobierno Nacional en respuesta a la necesidades de las poblaciones víctimas del conflicto, ha creado la Ley 1448 de Victimas y Restitución de Tierras, así como la Justicia Transicional, las cuales buscan mitigar, reparar y no repetir el conflicto armado, a través de acciones que generen escenarios como beneficio económico; sin embargo la situación de las víctimas no cambia solo con recibir una ayuda económica, se requiere establecer si cuentan con las competencias requeridas para el desarrollo de emprendimientos sostenibles, de manera que se garantice el uso adecuado de los recursos del Estado y que cuenten con calidad de vida.
En esta investigación encontraran los aspectos relevantes de las competencias emprendedoras para la gestión de emprendimiento social en jóvenes adscritos al fondo de reparación de víctimas del conflicto armado en la Universidad de Simón Bolívar y la Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, en el que esta población cuentan con las competencias que permitan el desarrollo de una unidad de negocio, y con ello el alcance positivo en cuanto a la política social creada para atender las necesidades de las víctimas del conflicto armado.
The purpose of this research is to obtain a master's degree in development and management of social enterprises, arises from the interest of identifying the entrepreneurial skills possessed by young people who have been victims of the armed conflict and who, thanks to being attached to the higher education programs of the repair fund can obtain benefits to create social entrepreneurship projects, work in institutions or provide alternatives for sustainable development. In this research you will find an analysis of entrepreneurial skills for the management of social entrepreneurship in young people attached to the reparation fund for victims of the armed conflict at the University of Simón Bolívar and the Autonomous University of the Caribbean, in which this population has the competencies that allow the development of a business unit, and with it the positive scope in terms of the social policy created to meet the needs of the victims of the armed conflict.
