Resumen
Este trabajo de grado analiza la aplicación de la justicia penal en el caso Agro Ingreso Seguro (AIS) en Colombia, enfocándose en la sentencia SP011-2023 de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que ratificó la condena del exministro de Agricultura, Andrés Felipe Arias Leiva. Se examinan las circunstancias del programa AIS, se describe la aplicación de la justicia penal en la sentencia y se identifican las normativas utilizadas en el proceso judicial. La investigación busca ofrecer una visión objetiva sobre el caso y su relevancia en la lucha contra la corrupción en el país.
This degree work analyzes the application of criminal justice in the Agro Ingreso Seguro (AIS) case in Colombia, focusing on the sentence SP011-2023 of the Supreme Court of Justice that ratified the sentence of the former Minister of Agriculture, Andrés Felipe Arias Leiva. The circumstances of the AIS program are examined, the application of criminal justice in the sentence is described and the regulations used in the judicial process are identified. The investigation seeks to offer an objective view of the case and its relevance in the fight against corruption in the country.
