The study's main objective is to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by technology-based companies, using Cloud Technology Center S.A.S. as a case study. The research focuses on understanding how these companies, operating in a highly dynamic and competitive environment, can overcome the inherent challenges of their sector and seize opportunities to grow and consolidate their market position. The research is supported by several key theories within the business and technology fields. First, the theory of disruptive innovation is used to analyze how technology-based companies, such as Cloud Technology Center S.A.S., can effectively compete in markets where technology evolves rapidly. Additionally, the resource-based view (RBV) theory, which posits that a company's competitive advantage derives from its unique resources and internal capabilities, is employed to explore how these can be leveraged or expanded in technological contexts. Furthermore, the theory of the business life cycle is considered, providing insights into the different stages a technology company goes through and the specific challenges associated with each phase. The study adopts a qualitative approach based on a case study, specifically focusing on Cloud Technology Center S.A.S. Semi-structured interviews with the company's executives, analysis of internal documents, and participant observation were used to gather relevant data. The selection of this method is justified by the need to deepen the understanding of the company's internal dynamics and the external factors influencing its performance. Additionally, a thematic analysis was conducted to identify patterns and trends in the collected information.
