Estrategia de formación docente para el sostenimiento de la calidad educativa y la resignificación de la práctica pedagógica en la enseñanza de la electrónica

Resumen
Esta investigación contribuye a la labor docente en ingeniería ya que a partir de la
interpretación de la práctica pedagógica examina su resignificación de tal manera que se
mantenga la calidad. Mediante el análisis de los enfoques pedagógicos actuales utilizados por los
docentes de electrónica en su práctica pedagógica, se obtuvieron hallazgos sobre sus elementos y
su influencia en los resultados educativos y en la calidad educativa del programa. La estrategia se
desarrolló a partir de datos obtenidos de entrevistas semiestructuradas con docentes de
electrónica, cuyas concepciones sobre la práctica pedagógica fueron examinadas. A través del
análisis de contenido, se identificaron temas y categorías clave que informaron la creación de la
estrategia de formación docente. Dicha estrategia fomenta métodos de enseñanza innovadores y
asegura que el currículo se alinee con los estándares educativos institucionales, nacionales e
internacionales y los avances tecnológicos.
La implementación de este programa de formación se espera que empodere a los
educadores, contribuyendo a la mejora continua del programa de Ingeniería Electrónica y
asegurando que cumpla con las necesidades en evolución tanto cultural como de la industria
tecnológica.
This research contributes to the teaching work in engineering by examining the interpretation of pedagogical practice and its redefinition in such a way that quality is maintained. By analyzing the current pedagogical approaches used by electronics teachers in their pedagogical practice, findings were obtained about their elements and their influence on educational outcomes and the educational quality of the program. The strategy was developed from data obtained from semi-structured interviews with electronics teachers, whose conceptions of pedagogical practice were examined. Through content analysis, key themes and categories are identified that will inform the creation of the teacher training strategy. This strategy encourages innovative teaching methods and ensures that the curriculum is aligned with institutional, national and international educational standards and technological advances. The implementation of this training program is expected to empower educators, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Electronic Engineering program and ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of both the cultural and technological industry.
