Resumen
Antecedentes: En Colombia por cada 100.000 nacidos vivos 76 madres pierden la vida a causa del embarazo de alto riesgo. En la ciudad de Barranquilla existen un gran conjunto de factores de riesgo que pueden influir en la alteración de las semanas de embarazo e incluso en la mala formación del feto, como por ejemplo la hipertensión gestacional y preclamsia, sífilis gestacional.
Objetivos: Identificar los factores de riesgo asociados de las gestantes con ARO que asisten al control prenatal del Hospital Materno Infantil de Soledad en los meses de julio de 2016 y agosto 2017.
Materiales y Métodos: Es un estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo de corte transversal. La muestra la conformaron 2005 gestantes con ARO. Se utilizó una base de datos suministrada por la misma institución. Los resultados se presentaron en tablas.

In the city of Barranquilla there is a large set of risk factors that can influence the alteration of the weeks of pregnancy and even in the malformation of the fetus, such as gestational hypertension and preclaimsia, gestational syphilis. Objective: to identify the associated risk factors of pregnant women with ARO attending the prenatal control of the Maternal and Child Hospital of Soledad in the months of July 2016 and August 2017. Materials and Methods: It is a descriptive, retrospective cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 2005 pregnant women with ARO. A database provided by the same institution was used. The results were presented in tables.
