Resumen
La identificación de los factores de las sostenibilidad empresarial de las Startup de reto creativo permite establecer un conjunto de criterios ajustados a la realidad económica de las empresas en la región; con el fin de identificar en que están fallando los emprendedores y como se puede desarrollar modelos de gestión que disminuyan la tasa de mortalidad de estas iniciativas y contribuyan a la sostenibilidad de las mismas.
Confirmando la teoría de Elkington, para lograr la sostenibilidad empresarial es preciso involucrar las tres dimensiones: Económica, Ambiental y Social, sin embargo, encontramos que aun cuando están presentes en la actividad de las Startup no todas las variables intermedias son tenidas en cuenta por los emprendedores y estos tienden a darles mayor importancia más a unas que a otras.
Por lo anterior, en este trabajo se proponen estrategias para promover la sostenibilidad empresarial en las Startup participantes en Reto Creativo.
