que Colombia ha firmado con otros países y las leyes de la violencia intrafamiliar y, de genero;
Domestic violence occurs when any member of the family unit physically, psychologically, or financially abuses another member of their family. This is a social phenomenon that permeates the social fabric of society as a whole, affecting members of family clans. This problem dates back to the time when humankind organized itself into society and continues to the present day. To combat the effects of this phenomenon, there are social, state, and supranational organizations that study and work to eradicate the social problem under investigation. All of these organizations refer to the family and the violence that is perpetrated within it, in a violent manner. There are institutional and social stereotypes that make domestic violence invisible, among them the "instrumental woman" who "brought it upon herself because she is a flirt." And others that are the subject of this study. The Colombian Constitution in the area of Family, the Conventions that Colombia has signed with other countries and the laws on domestic violence and gender are also analyzed; an analysis is made of the factors that make the victims of domestic conflicts invisible and at the end of the presentation, actions and recommendations will be proposed to reduce domestic violence, such as seeking peace between the actors of violence and/or resorting to conflict mediation mechanisms and education within the home in order to make family conflict visible.
