Resumen
Objetivo General: Identificar los movimientos repetitivos y las molestias
musculoesqueléticas en miembro superior en trabajadores de una empresa del
sector alimentos de la ciudad de Barranquilla.
Materiales y Métodos: Esta investigación fue realizada en una compañía que
produce alimentos en el periodo de mayo del 2021 a marzo del 2022, el estudio es
de tipo Descriptivo de corte transversal con paradigma empírico analítico, tuvo una
muestra representativa de 91 colaboradores, aplicamos algunas variables del
cuestionario Nórdico de Kuorinka de sintomatología musculoesquelética y la
metodología OCRA Check List para valorar el riesgo por trabajo repetitivo. Para
analizar los datos se utilizó SPSS versión 24 programa estadístico con licencia de la
Universidad Simón Bolívar.
Resultados: Al analizar los aspectos sociodemográficos de la población del sector
alimentos, se observa que el 70,3% es de sexo masculino, el 48,3% pertenece al
estrato 1, en referencia al estado civil el 41.7% convive en unión libre. En cuanto al
nivel educativo el 57.1% tiene un nivel técnico y el 85.7% tiene un ingreso entre 1 a
2 Salarios mínimos legales vigentes (SMLV). En lo que respecta a los turnos de
trabajo el 51.6% de la población labora en el turno diurno, al realizar el análisis
estadístico se evidenció que el 79.1% de la población ha presentado molestias a
nivel de muñecas en los últimos doce meses y durante la realización de las
actividades laborales la actividad que implica fuerza moderada está representada
por un 78%.
General objective: To identify repetitive movements and musculoskeletal discomfort in the upper limb in workers of a company in the food sector in the city of Barranquilla. Materials and Methods: This research was carried out in a company that produces food in the period from May 2021 to March 2022, the study is of a descriptive crosssectional type with an empirical analytical paradigm, it had a representative sample of 91 collaborators, we applied some variables of the Nordic Kuorinka questionnaire of musculoskeletal symptomatology and the OCRA Check List methodology to assess risk due to repetitive work. To analyze the data, SPSS version 24 statistical program licensed from the Simón Bolívar University was used. Results: When analyzing the sociodemographic aspects of the population of the food sector, it is observed that 70.3% are male, 48.3% belong to stratum 1, in reference to marital status, 41.7% live in free union. Regarding the educational level, 57.1% have a technical level and 85.7% have an income between 1 to 2 current legal minimum wages (SMLV). With regard to work shifts, 51.6% of the population works on the day shift, when performing the statistical analysis it was shown that 79.1% of the population has presented discomfort at the wrist level in the last twelve months and during the carrying out work activities the activity that implies moderate force is represented by 78%.
