Bullying e ideación suicida en adolescentes escolarizados: una Revisión sistemática

Resumen
Esta revisión sistemática tiene como objetivo identificar la relación entre el bullying y la ideación suicida en adolescentes escolarizados, tiene un enfoque cuantitativo el cual está dirigido a identificar los factores de riesgo que inciden en el bullying escolar y los factores mediadores entre el bullying y la ideación suicida a nivel internacional entre los años 2019 y 2024, donde se incluyeron 13 artículos utilizando el método de estudio PRISMA el cual permite realizar un análisis más profundo, brindando acceso a diversas bases de datos a nivel mundial, facilitando la recopilación de información necesaria sobre esta problemática de salud pública, teniendo en cuenta una perspectiva transversal que se basa en diferentes teorías y estudios previos, para garantizar la búsqueda de literatura en bases de datos, se tuvo en cuenta el Software RAYYAN, que permite analizar, excluir e incluir los documentos seleccionados, creando una relación entre las ecuaciones bullying e ideación suicida, problemática que representa un gran impacto en salud mental de los adolescentes. Los resultados indican asociación entre el bullying y el aumento del riesgo de comportamiento suicida en los adolescentes. Además, se evidencia que factores como la depresión, la ansiedad, el aislamiento social y la falta de redes de apoyo aumentan el este riesgo suicida. Como resultados, se busca inicialmente identificar la relación del bullying con la ideación suicida entre adolescentes escolarizados, determinando con qué frecuencia ocurre este fenómeno.
This systematic review aims to identify the relationship between bullying and suicidal ideation in school adolescents, has a quantitative approach which is aimed at identifying the risk factors that affect school bullying and mediating factors between bullying and suicidal ideation internationally between 2019 and 2024, where 13 articles were included using the PRISMA study method which allows a deeper analysis, providing access to various databases worldwide, To guarantee the literature search in databases, the RAYYAN software was used to analyze, exclude and include the selected documents, creating a relationship between the equations bullying and suicidal ideation, a problem that represents a great impact on the mental health of adolescents. The results indicate an association between bullying and increased risk of suicidal behavior in adolescents. In addition, it is evident that factors such as depression, anxiety, social isolation and lack of support networks increase this suicidal risk. As results, we initially seek to identify the relationship between bullying and suicidal ideation among adolescents in school, determining how often this phenomenon occurs.
