Resumen
Esta investigación planteo como objetivo principal Analizar los factores de la competitividad humana que inciden en los procesos de selección en los estudiantes de último semestre en una Institución de Educación Superior de la ciudad de Barranquilla La competencia cada vez es más reñida y la poca ofertar empleos empeora la situación. Por ello que es imprescindible que los estudiantes de último semestre de cualquier carrera
profesional o técnica sean previstos con una preparación que le permita asumir con éxito el
reto del posicionamiento laboral. los procesos de selección es una parte esencial que
permite ubicar y escoger aspirantes capacitados y poseen capacidades y habilidades que
poseen los empleados, para realizar sus funciones. La metodología utilizada para esta
investigación se desarrolla bajo el enfoque cuantitativo dado que el método científico
utilizado es el deductivo donde se examinara el valor que toman las variables de la
competitividad humana en los proceso de selección. En cuantos a los resultados
recolectados de una encuesta permitio que identificar cuáles son las competencias con las
que cuentan la población objeto. Los datos se midieron en respuestas cerradas en Si/No. se
observa cómo relevanten en cuanto a las habilidades como la comunicación efectiva ,
participan de actividades les brinde fortalecer su perfil profesional, durante su pregrado
pues a medida que todo evoluciona estar actualizados y capacitados en las nuevas
tendencias amplia el campo laboral; la actualización siempre será una inversión valiosa.
Aplican autocontrol ante una emoción negativa y pueden a traves de ella potenciar su
inteligencia emocional y así evitar conflictos, reflexionan sus experiencias laborales y
personales que les permite considerarlas como fuente de entendimiento sobre sí mismos y
tener planes de acción para el manejo de situaciones a futuras. Adaptan su currriculo a las
necesidades teniendo en cuenta su presentación y contenido cubriendo requisitos
específicos de cada empleador es por eso es necesario investigar la empresa y el cargo al
que se postula el candidato y ajustarla resaltando las habilidades que se alinean con lo que
se esta buscando. La competitividad humana tiene un papel protagónico en los procesos de
selección; actualmente se realiza un proceso en el que se evalúan componente como lo son
las habilidades de comunicación; trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, habilidades digitales,
atención al detalle y habilidades interpersonales como adaptabilidad, inteligencia emocional
y empatía que son cada vez más valoradas por los empleadores en el desempeño de las funciones y que su perfil profesional así lo demuestren y que son evidenciadas durante los procesos de Reclutamiento y Entrevista. Esta investigación refleja que no se deben escatimar esfuerzo dentro de las institución educativas de educación superior en el desarrollo de estas competencias Humanas; aplicables en múltiples contextos y que permite el desarrollo personal y profesional de manera integral y que pueden desarrollarse o mejorar a lo largo del tiempo que son claves en el ámbito laboral; brindando un plan de extensión educativa alineada a lo que las organizaciones buscan encontrar en sus candidatos ofreciendo oportunidad de crecimiento personal y profesional.
he main objective of this research was to analyze the factors of human competitiveness that affect the selection processes in the students of the last semester in a Higher Education Institution in the city of Barranquilla The competition is increasingly fierce and the few job offers worsen the situation. For this reason, it is essential that students in the last semester of any professional or technical career are provided with a preparation that allows them to successfully assume the challenge of job positioning. The selection process is an essential part that allows locating and choosing qualified applicants and possessing the abilities and skills that employees have, to perform their functions. The methodology used for this research is developed under the quantitative approach since the scientific method used is deductive where the value taken by the variables of human competitiveness in the selection process will be examined. Regarding the results collected from a survey, it allowed us to identify what are the competencies that the target population has. The data was measured in closed answers in Yes/No. It is observed how relevant in terms of skills such as effective communication, they participate in activities that strengthen their professional profile, during their undergraduate course, because as everything evolves, being updated and trained in new trends broadens the labor field; upgrading will always be a worthwhile investment. They apply self-control in the face of a negative emotion and through it they can enhance their emotional intelligence and thus avoid conflicts, they reflect on their work and personal experiences that allow them to consider them as a source of understanding about themselves and have action plans to manage future situations. . They adapt their resume to the needs, taking into account its presentation and content, covering the specific requirements of each employer, which is why it is necessary to investigate the company and the position to which the candidate is applying and adjust it, highlighting the skills that align with what is being sought. .
