Resumen
Esta investigación se realizo con el propósito de conocer los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas de la población estudiantil de la facultad de derecho de la mañana en la Universidad Simón Bolívar.
La intervención se realizo a partir de comunicación interpersonal, se elaboraron materiales educativos y se aplicaron encuestas validadas a 45 estudiantes de dicha facultad, donde se obtuvo resultados donde el conocimientos en los estudiantes sobre el dengue son escasos, ya que algunos tienen un buen conocimiento y su actitud es apática hacia este por lo tanto la práctica no la
realizan; hay otros que tienen conocimientos errados y no tienen ni una buena actitud, ni la practicas, con lo que podemos decir que el dengue no ha sido informado pero no han utilizado una buena metodología para su entendimiento; donde llamen la atención para la educación y para que la comunidad se empodere en la prevención y el control de esta.
El dengue es un problema prioritario de salud pública. La Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) considera que es una enfermedad endémica en más de 100 países, lo cual pone en riesgo a 2 mil 500 millones de personas. El dengue es una de las enfermedades emergentes más importantes del inicio de siglo.
En América y en Colombia, los casos de dengue han aumentado en los últimos años.
This research was conducted in order to learn the knowledge, attitudes and practices of the student population of law school in the morning at the Universidad Simón Bolívar. The intervention was conducted from interpersonal communication, educational materials were developed and validated surveys were applied to 45 students of the faculty, which yielded results where the students knowledge about dengue fever are rare and some have a good knowledge and is apathetic attitude towards this practice so do not make it, there are others who are knowledgeable and have not missed a good attitude, and practice, we can say that dengue has been reported but have not used a good methodology for understanding, which draw attention to education and to empower the community in preventing and controlling this. Dengue is a priority public health problem. The World Health Organization (WHO) says it is endemic in over 100 countries, which threatens to 2 billion 500 million people. Dengue is one of the most important emerging diseases beginning of the century. In America and in Colombia, cases of dengue have increased in recent years.
