Resumen
Esta investigación examina el papel del Estado en el refugio y protección de la familia como pilar fundamental de la sociedad, especialmente en su función principal de brindar asistencia y protección a los niños. La investigación utiliza un enfoque cualitativo y un diseño hermenéutico. Se examinaron las regulaciones actuales para proteger a los niños y la importancia de que el entorno familiar les brinde un entorno seguro y estimulante para su desarrollo completo. Este estudio proporciona datos útiles para el desarrollo de políticas y prácticas que mejoren la protección de los derechos de los niños en las regiones rurales de Colombia, asegurando un desarrollo completo y seguro para todos los niños del país.
This research examines the role of the state in sheltering and protecting the family as a fundamental pillar of society, especially in its primary function of providing assistance and protection to children. The research uses a qualitative approach and a hermeneutic design. Current regulations to protect children and the importance of the family environment to provide them with a safe and stimulating environment for their full development were examined. This study provides useful data for the development of policies and practices that improve the protection of children's rights in rural regions of Colombia, ensuring full and safe development for all children in the country
