Resumen
Lograr la preservación y restauración del ambiente y la conservación, mejoramiento utilización racional de los recursos naturales renovables, según criterios de equidad que aseguren el desarrollo armónico del hombre y de dichos recursos, la disponibilidad permanente de éstos y la máxima participación social, para beneficio de la salud y el bienestar de los presentes y futuros habitantes del territorio nacional. La Gestión Ambiental y Social, trata acerca de la gestión de los recursos naturales renovables, los problemas ambientales urbanos y sus efectos en la región o regiones vecinas. La interacción, de basa en una acción conjunta entre el Estado y los actores sociales, que se articula con la gestión territorial, las políticas ambientales y las políticas o planes sectoriales que tienen relación o afectan el medio ambiente en el ámbito urbano regional. Esta gestión, demanda el uso selectivo y combinado de herramientas jurídicas, técnicas, económicas, financieras, administrativas y de planeación, para lograr la protección y funcionamiento de los ecosistemas y el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la población dentro de un marco de ciudad sostenible. En el contexto urbano, implica un esquema propio y ordenado de gestión ambiental, orientado hacia un conjunto de acciones encaminadas a lograr la máxima racionalidad

en relación con la conservación, defensa, protección y mejora del medio ambiente. (Minambiente 2021). En este análisis se maneja y estudia la gestión que realizan las entidades gubernamentales, sociales y privadas que tienen incidencia en el manejo, desarrollo y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales presente en Colombia, específicamente en el municipio de Usiacurí del Departamento del Atlántico, tomando como referente esta zona como destino Ecoturístico en la región.

This management requires the selective and combined use of legal, technical, economic, financial, administrative and planning tools, to achieve the protection and functioning of ecosystems and the improvement of the quality of life of the population within a city framework. sustainable. This analysis handles and studies the management carried out by governmental, social and private entities that have an impact on the management, development and use of natural resources present in Colombia, specifically in the municipality of Usiacurí in the Department of Atlántico, taking as a reference this area as an Ecotourism destination in the region.
