Objective: to determine the incidence and factors associated with mortality from tuberculous meningitis in the department of Atlántico between 2013-2023. Materials and methods: Retrospective cross-sectional analytical study. Databases and clinical records of patients notified to the Departmental Health Secretariat were used. 8556 records were collected and after verification of inclusion criteria and data quality, 162 cases with meningeal tuberculosis were included. Univariate and bivariate analyses were performed using discharge condition as the dependent variable, hypothesis tests, and p-value determined statistical significance. Relative risk was calculated to identify potential variables associated with mortality.
