dc.description.abstractLa RPM se define como aquella que ocurre antes de haberse iniciado el trabajo de parto, es considerada como un proceso de causa multifactorial. Este estudio trato de determinar si la presencia de ciertos factores de riesgo como los concepcionales, preconcepcionales y ambientales se asociaban con el subsiguiente desarrollo de la ruptura prematura de membranas. Este es un estudio de tipo descriptivo en el cual se tomaron las historias clínicas de 535 pacientes embarazadas de 14-39 años de edad de la Clínica de la Policía Nacional Regional Caribe, en donde se aplicaron ciertos criterios de inclusión, quedando aptas así para la realización 36 pacientes las cuales presentaron RPM dentro de estas pacientes 15 presentaron infecciones cérvico uterinas, 16 pacientes presentaron sobrepeso, 17 pacientes pertenecían al estrato socioeconómico 1, demostrando así tener un mayor riesgo de presentar ruptura prematura de membranas que aquellas mujeres embarazadas que no presentaban los factores anteriormente dichos.spa
dc.description.abstractThe RPM is defined as one that occurs before they initiated labor, is considered a multifactorial process causes. This study sought to determine whether the presence of certain risk factors such as conceptional, environmental preconceptional and were associated with the subsequent development of premature rupture of membranes. This is a descriptive study in which medical records were taken from 535 pregnant patients 14-39 years of age of the Clinic of the National Police Regional Caribbean where certain criteria were applied for inclusion, thus being suitable for conduct which presented 36 patients RPM within these patients 15 had uterine cervical infections, 16 patients were overweight, 17 patients belonged to socioeconomic one, proving to have a higher risk of premature rupture of membranes than those pregnant women who did not have the above these factorsspa
