Resumen
Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo diseñar un recurso tecnológico que fortalezca la gestión emocional y operativa del talento humano en Rincón Casa de Funerales, contribuyendo a su bienestar y eficiencia organizacional, siguiendo una metodología cualitativa apoyada de manera complementaria en lo cuantitativo de investigación que utilizó la entrevista semiestructurada y las encuestas como métodos de recolección de información. Específicamente se siguió el estudio de caso de la funeraria mencionada para la creación de una página web que permitiera centralizar información, ofrecer apoyo emocional, facilitar la comunicación interna y optimizar procesos administrativos y de recursos humanos. Para ello, en primer lugar se analizaron los factores administrativos, psicosociales y operativos que inciden en la gestión del talento humano tales como la carga emocional, practicas de gestión y retención, limitaciones, liderazgo y estrategias de afrontamiento. Así, se idéntico que existe una correlación positiva y directa entre el el bienestar emocional, la
satisfacción laboral y la eficiencia operativa ante su efecto en el desempeño y la permanencia del personal en la funeraria. A partir de lo anterior, se consolidaron los
requerimientos funcionales, técnicos y administrativos necesarios para la creación de la página web. Con base en esos resultados se concluyó que ese recurso ofrece
solución novedosa para el bienestar y eficacia organizacional disminuyendo efectos adversos relacionados con la insatisfacción de sus empleados y de la carga
emocional y fatiga de trabajo que experimentan quienes están expuestos continuamente a situaciones fuertes de duelo y muerte.
The objective of this study was to design a technological resource that strengthens the emotional and operational management of human talent at Rincón Funeral Home, contributing to their well-being and organizational efficiency by following a mixed research methodology that used semi-structured interviews and surveys as methods of information gathering. Specifically, the case study of the aforementioned funeral home was followed to create a website to centralize information, offer emotional support, facilitate internal communication, and optimize administrative and human resources processes. To this end, the administrative, psychosocial, and operational factors that affect human talent management were first analyzed, such as emotional burden, management and retention practices, limitations, leadership, and coping strategies. Thus, it was identified that there is a positive and direct correlation between emotional well-being, job satisfaction, and operational efficiency in terms of their effect on the performance and retention of staff at the funeral home. Based on the above, the functional, technical, and administrative requirements necessary for the creation of the website were consolidated. Based on these results, it was concluded that this resource offers a novel solution for organizational wellbeing and effectiveness, reducing adverse effects related to employee dissatisfaction and the emotional burden and work fatigue experienced by those who are continuously exposed to situations of intense grief and death.
